The majority of subjects (33.17 percent) were participants from the western United States. However, overall, the sample included a fairly balanced representation from all geographic areas of the country. Two respondents chose not to answer this question.

Age Range of Respondents.

Of the 836 subjects, over 24.25 percent were between the ages of thirty-five to forty-four, with the higher percentage at 42.34 percent in the forty-five to fifty-four age range. Two respondents chose not to answer this question.
